I fell asleep on the couch last night, stayed asleep on the couch till noon, went to my bed and spent the next five hours on TikTok until I got up to have a small meal and quick shower, only go back to bed again. This kind of thing would usually make me feel horrible. But this time I allowed myself the rotting time. I haven’t done this sort of thing in years, and after a pretty stressful month it was nice to just be alone in my bed and waste a day. It was strangely restorative.

probably my favorite activity. you can't rot in bed like i do and that's okay, it's fine... but you should still try it because it's really fun and might help you ease your emotional and mental tensions.

instead of throwing all your papers into a boring folder ... step one: treat yourself to a little mag (bonus points if its a local publication) step two: put said papers into mag step three: throw mag & paper combo in bag you get constant inspo as when you go to retrieve your papers you can flip thru a couple pages of the mag and!! your papers are safe and not being crumpled
