I fell asleep on the couch last night, stayed asleep on the couch till noon, went to my bed and spent the next five hours on TikTok until I got up to have a small meal and quick shower, only go back to bed again.
This kind of thing would usually make me feel horrible. But this time I allowed myself the rotting time. I havenβt done this sort of thing in years, and after a pretty stressful month it was nice to just be alone in my bed and waste a day. It was strangely restorative.
