Iced americano with coconut water instead of just water

It’s not usual but you can request it in special places that serve other drinks with coconut water…! I love it, the natural sweetness is enough to mask the espresso’s bitter edge. But the best part is that it mutes the dehydrating effect of coffee.

Doing laundry on vacation

Never run out of clean things to wear, don’t have smelly clothes in your luggage, and still travel light! I often use the hotel sink and hand soap, but if I know there’s serious washing going to be needed, I travel with a ziplock bag of white powder (detergent, of course 😇)

making a face scrub from hotelroom bodylotion and sugar

using the sugar from the coffee station and the bodylotion from the bathroom. the sugar dissolves quite quickly but still does the job. easy ro rinse off too 👋
