Cincinnati's best kept secret, and best band (with a shout-out to Fruit LoOops, a very close runner up) -but Lashes packs so much power into such a small package (drum and base/vocals duo). Link has some tracks, though seeing them live, for the rare times they play out, is a must.

please take a moment to listen to 5LOKO, one of the greatest diy indie projects out there right now. i met t and raf through the beautiful magic of timing and the internet at the start of covid and had the honor of not only making two wonderful friends, but also getting to collaborate in the creation of some art to compliment their own work: making single cover art for them, working on one of my first two person portrait/lifestyle shoots with them, shooting & making posters for their shows (and also now cooking up an even bigger project??? stay tuned hehe). honestly, ever since we all met up together for the first time, ive just been on a mission to get them on the map…simply put: they are just too goated to fail. if you have any time today, please just listen to at least one song of theirs or their latest album New Beatles and let me know what songs resonate with u 🧚

hello! there's been a lot of crazy things happening recently. my band, The Licks, instagram account got hacked by a whackjob troll spreading heinous rumors (they are disgusting i made a new account @ ripthelicks and have been receiving immense love and support—all is well thank you🖤), this year for Valentines Day i planted 300 trees in Shetland, i've woodburned on three palm tree somethingorothers that look like masks (two of which are at my friends farm in Helendale), and i have felt like what is the top of the world in the middle of the desert. there were some beautiful storms and weather phenomena this year so far. anyhow, after some years of me gathering my thoughts post-covid, THE LICKS released a new EP! there are 6 songs, one of which is a treat because i wrote and recorded it at 16. the others were written and recorded during the hiatus, so from 2018ish-2022. we are playing a release show at 5pm on June 9th at the Cross Eyed Cow in Oro Grande, CA. we would love for you to join us in celebrating the release of this new record! there is a new lineup, new songs, some old ones too, and a new live experience entirely. here it is!

Last night i saw one of my favorite bands, the teeth live for one of their reunion shows in philly. One of the best shows i have ever been to they are just so damn tight. Perfect pop songs and so much energy. They are everything i aspire to. Carry the wood is my favorite album , but theyre one of those bands where I think everything they do is amazing.
