FOOD: honey crisp apples. the perfect morning or evening walk snack.
BAND: black country, new road. real late to this one, but loving their fun and inventiveness. drums and rhythm changes on good will hunting are a favorite.
BOOK: ursula k. le guin’s translation of the tao te ching. very poetic: she takes a lot of creative liberty here. by no means to be read for academic purposes, but it captures an underlying spirit of the tao that feels dynamic and eidetic, that other more literal translations lack. also, anarchist.
SHOW: just finished twin peaks. what an ending.
