exercise sucks at first but then youll transcend
if u have salt + citrus on hand, mix that with water and maybe a pinch of sugar get those electrolytes back godspeed
sounds gross but if you have no qualms about drinking it straight up, try it if you ever get a cramp/charlie horse or run for a extremely long time/distance
just take a shot, itβs concentrated and salty enough to replace a gatorade
