Handed down through the family, these were an uncle's jeans (he was super skinny in the 70s), then my cousin brother's jeans, and now they're mine. Ir's the only pair of clothing where I tell myself not to gain too much weight, because I want to fit in them forever lol but someday that day will come...
Many appreciative moments with these jeans too, one time a girl at the metro chased after me to ask where I'd got them. They're made so well. Nice and stiff, takes three wears to break in after laundry day.

i am so thankful we killed it dead. i love men’s carpenter jeans aka pocket city! i have a pair with 9 pockets and if i’m having an active day out they’re so great. also, wearing a bootcut or bell bottom in high school and middle school was grounds for being burned at the stake but they are SO flattering and will take a casual look up a notch. i also am a sucker for any (well made) patchwork jean. in essence, loose and pockety for the win…loose enough to keep you cool in warmer months but thick enough to keep your legs warm in the winter. oh and preferably a lower rise as i’m 70% leg and high waists make me feel like that one family guy still (see attached)

i got this one pair of wranglers at a thrift store a while back and i wear them almost everyday. i wear jeans everyday so i need to trust my jeans not to rip or anything stupid like that. my rule is that if i can’t wear my jeans to a ranch and be comfortable the entire time, then they’re not worth it

This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
