i use an old baggu backpack and generally carry shit like:
three different notebooks for different types of notes, reading material (in this case an old NY review of books), fountain pen, neon green pen, weed pen, various body lubrication products, dice for shooting in the alley, tampons, headphones, a lighter, hi chews (strawberry right now but itās usually watermelon), wallet, glasses cleaning wipes, koozie, anxiety medication, and a paper bag i couldnāt bring myself to throw away.

i keep my wallet and coin-purse in the one little inside-pocket, along with lip balm/gloss, airpods AND wired earbuds, pencils/pens, lighters, my trusty bus pass, and an unlimited use kiss coupon from my partner.
in the main part of the bag i have a smaller bag full of stimming toys and communication cards (and gum and more lip gloss). i also have a taser, one reusable bag (just in case!), my journal (iāve been trying to keep a commonplace book), my kobo libra color, my vape, a few joints in a cute kitten cigarette case, and a pack of american spirits (the teal ones are superior).

baggu computer sleeve, pencil case that says ājust a super discrete way to carry tampons around,ā my tiny little water bottle, travel tissue pack, mini first aid kit (i always need a bandaid), n95s, hand lotion, little purple bag of everything i need (meds, earbuds, chapstick, etc), and my keychain attached to my bag. usually i also have hand sanitizer, my school books, wallet, airpods, and a bag of various cables (computer charger is pictured). sometimes my red moleskine and a book.

No matter where i go or for how much i will be at a certain place i canāt go out without a bag with everything that i āneedā.
Notebook + sketchbook + little bag for all my chargers + pencil case for my āart suppliesā + digital camera + hydrating cream + wipes + lip balm + markers + normal glasses + sun glasses + bluetooth and wired headphones + gum + mink perfume +bottle of water + keys (Laptop depends if iā m going to a coffeeshop or not - i used to get my ipad (with its pen to be able to draw) too but sadly i donāt anymore because it doesnāt turn on i need to fix it)

my husband and i have a white board on the fridge where we keep a list going of twenty movies that we want to watch. when it's time to watch a movie we roll a twenty-sided die and watch whatever number it is. then we alternate filling the spot we emptied. it's complex but it's eliminated hours worth of discussions about what we should watch.
