This comes from an old co-worker. I hated doing the invoices, or budgets, or any kind of accounting because it never added up, and it would keep me after hours for ages at work (my math is shit, what can I say?). She told me to put fun music on, and pretend I was the super stressed manager of a popular nightclub. It has worked like nothing else hahahaha

I felt like I was kind of in a rut with listening to new music for a while. It turns out I just needed to get back to an email job I could procrastinate at by queueing up 10 new songs at a time on Spotify. Boss makes a dollar I make a dime so I make playlists on company time etc

This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
