ideal croissant situation
I like them soft, moist, and warm with minimal layers. When i bite into them i want a bit of pull from the pastry. Medium complexion. Slight saltiness. No smaller than the size of a postcard

Cream cheese danishes
My childhood brain couldn't comprehend their beauty, but as an adult, I think they're the perfect thing to pair with a morning coffee on weekends, especially if they have a lil fruit in em. They're the epitome of restraint in pastry form - not too decadent, not too sweet, and not too savory.
