i also visited this v lovely japanese homeware store in chicago called five elements home and they have these adorable cube candles that you can place on a dish or in a vessel of your choosing
also a ton of very beautiful incense if you’re into that! bc a nice incense holder provides sort of the same activation of space as a candle

i light some wild berry incense at least 2-3 times a day some of my favorite scents are clarity, patchouli, china rain, frankincense, isis, & dragons blood. i love to light it when i come in from smoking, after cooking/cleaning, during a shower, before bed, or just for fun. it’s a sweet treat for my nose i love to buy them in 10 packs & pick out my favorite scents in the store. they’re rlly affordable and make every room smell so lovely they give me the urge to settle in for a nice tea as well
