It took me several months to get through crime and punishment because i was having trouble with how Dostoevsky referenced characters. Once i got the hand of it the plot and the way that he wrote was amazing.
And Pilgrims progress i read way to Young, at like 9-10yrs because i was in a co op class for some reason. At the time i thought i understood what was going on (i didn't) but i reread it later in life and something's finally clicked and really made me enjoy the book and read alot more
Reading a classic to make myself look good. I guess lately all the activities I practice is to make myself look good infront of this invisible audience.
But genuinely I would like to get some insights about this book from you all πΆβπ«οΈ
This shit is boring as hell. ive Given up and just started reading non fiction. give me a war or a historical figure I can develop a parasocial relationship with who has been dead for over 50+ years.
