I this morning had made my friend and I breakfast bagels!
I personally like to toast my bagels, then butter one side with a generous amount of avocado and leave the other side for butter or sometimes even a smidge of kewpie mayo.. specifically kewpie as it is SO delicious!! I also like to add a little cheese while the bagel is still hot so it gets all gooey, I then fry an egg with a LOT of butter, and put them together.. and WALLAH!!
