my favorite ramen spot
boston rlly punches above it‘s weight for ramen (yume wo katare, tsurumen, etc) but Santouka takes the cake for me
im here now for my yearly bowl and couldn’t be happier

Best ramen in New York. Hands down. Their only other shop is in tokyo. No reservations sweet little hole in the wall on Allen st on the lower east side. Get the black tan tan if you want something flavorful and eat pork.

I know it’s gained massive popularity these past few weeks but GOD DAMNNNN THAT BRIDGE!!! Easily one of the best songs I’ve heard in the last few years and to me her voice is very reminiscent of Kate Bush. If I could see how many times I’ve played it in a single day I would be alarmed
