Most days have been pretty good lately. But, there are some days where I am hit with an insane wave of existentialism and life feels completely meaningless. With that being said, therapy is something that has kept me grounded throughout the past year. A really useful tool that some of my friends have used to find good, affordable therapy is openpathcollective.org — with or without insurance, you can search therapists within your zip code for ~$30 & upwards a session.

I’ve posted about it before they have hundreds of thousands of guided meditations! Also love Trusted Tarot for daily and weekly readings + different spreads like Celtic Cross, yes or no, mind body and spirit, etc…

Sarah Mergen, aka CarlJungMemes, has created a new philosophy of depression and navigates it in an extremely interesting way - for those of you who believe there's more than what the material world offers and are struggling with mental health, this might be a good way to navigate it. It's a subscription-based podcast, but well-worth the money, imo.
