Had some seasoned sushi rice and cut up the fish into sashimi with serrano peppers seasalt and sesame oil sesame seeds too. a big Orion beer. Ate outside on the patio now that it stays dark later. πͺ±ππ£
Its actually not hard to make and there are so many ingredient combos without requiring raw fish! I think most people shy away from diying sushi at home, so it can be a fun treat
