This album is so good, I love it forever, it's utterly shocking that Paul McCartney made it and Monkberry Moon Delight is one of my favourite songs of all time. It rules.
Itโs so simple yet so good and people always want the recipe after eating it.
4 blocks cream cheese
2 cans Rotel
2 lbs cooked ground sausage
Mix it all up until hot and bubbly and dip with tortilla chips (or eat with a spoon like we do sometimes bc itโs that good).
