I'm a broke college student fr, so i typically stick to eating/cooking mostly the same foods everyday. but rn i’m fasting sunrise to sunset for ramadan (in solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza) and i think about food ALL DAMN DAY.
today i conceptualized a khao soi curry chicken quesadilla with a cilantro mint basil greek yogurt dipping sauce. gonna put some paneer cheese on it with some shallots and peppers. the typa shit dreams are made of.
y’all i got 5 hours until i can eat/cook but ill keep you updated.
have you guys ever conceptualized some good ass fusion foods?? i’m tryna cook crazy stuff more often

holy fuckin shit guys
i made a khao soi burrito and quesadilla with masaman and yellow curry, with some tender steak, coconut milk, peanut butter, peppers, onions, paneer cheese, shallots and a fried tortilla.
then for the dipping sauce i mixed greek yogurt, mint, cilantro, thai basil, olive oil and lime.
i’ve created my magnum opus
