asian rice porridge (congee, okayu, juk etc.) is good soft food and its also good to eat when you’re not feeling well etc. i think there’s lots of recipes online
any sort or rice porridge- whether plain congee which is just rice cooked in water or arroz caldo, rice porridge with chicken (so kinda like a cross between porridge and chicken soup)
Basically a rice porridge with shreds of chicken in it. Great to have when you’re sick as it feels like a warm hug. You can spice it up anyway you want. I usually overload it with soy sauce, fried garlic and onion.
i love going to museums on my own sometimes because it lets me walk around and look at stuff at my own pace and i can contemplate on whatever i want. or go to cafes or parks and read some books:-)
