first poem i loved and kept with me as a ripe 7th grader. read over and over to the point where it plays in my head, little things will remind me of it - foggy nights in the city or the ocean in winter or pondering my own mortality - and lines come flowing back
others stuck in my noggin include style by charles bukowski and the sunflower sutra by allen ginsberg. at this point i can probably recite a good number of billy collins works bc ive listened to the recorded album "the best cigarette" approximately 500 times

I love famous poetry, Siken and Apollinaire being my favorites poets.
But poetry made by random people, people that go out of their way on a random day because they felt something so significant they needed to put words on it, make it beautiful, putting it into the world and go back to their normal life. I think i feel it more sometimes, that's why i love reading from random people of the internet ~

The roomates and myself forced ouselves to go out eat some sushi after the shittiest month of our lives and it was the best evening in a long time. Realised sometimes it only takes an evening eating (the best sushi in my life? and a little bit of shopping to find life easier
