I didn't know what show to pick so I just put this on instead. I learned so much by getting to experience it.

a lovely little website that lets you choose a decade and then randomizes media from that period. You can check boxes to decide what gets shuffled and I often only keep cartoons checked. It's a great "have something on to the side" kinda vibe and fills the void of the randomization of cable tv that I don't have access to anymore.

I've never been into Netflix binges and I've finally found the way I like to watch tv. This combines the whimsy of flipping through channels with the excitement of finding weird old shit on YouTube. There's a billion wacky ass channels—a channel that plays the dick van dyke show 24/7, multiple channels that play old rom coms from the 50s-70s, an antiques roadshow channel. And of course shoutout "grit xtra" for only playing western tv shows from the 40s. also it is FREE on your Roku ??

a bit biased since its 90% of my work but twitch is such a fun platform especially when you're indecisive as to what you want to watch and/or you want something super long form and interactive

You'll have to find items based on your own skin (dry/oily/sensitive/acne/whatever) But the basics with long term science behind them: Cleanser at night Lotion at night Retinol at night if you want it (read about how to use it first!) Rinse in the morning Sunscreen in the morning Vitamin c in the morning if you want it (again, read about how to use it first) Find a combo aha+bha exfoliatiant 1 to 3 times a week Be as gentle as you can while still being effective for your skin type. Everything else is either extra or something you decide you need based on your skin type

Pack a lunch (save time+money) Go away from your work (outside, your car, next door, whatever you have available to actually get a real break from work) Audiobook, reading, podcasts, watch movies/shows in pieces, "micro" workouts, learn something (crochet, coding, new language, whatever) Also, 10 minutes of meditation is all it takes to start seeing the benefits
