Sounds complicated but actually SUPER easy! The thighs are just S+P, a liiiiiiiiil garlic powder then make sure they’re extremely dry and crisp them up on a pan for like 30 mins or so. Super juicy, crispy, and flavorful. The chicken bits leftover are used as the base for the sauce and adds so much flavor. Yum yum yum!!!!!!
