you are never too young to start wearing orthotics. i tried my first pair of vionics this year - and all of a sudden my knees and hips felt aligned, and relieved? my posture immediately improved?? i am more relaxed???
i didn't even know i was so unbalanced (physically)!!! unbelievable!!! i am addicted to comfort π€ π³
and honestly i feel its cruel to wear unsupportive footwear (unless you're on a date or photoshoot i guess). tell everybody you know.
there should be shoe funds and charities.
