i love noodle bowls…these are some of my favs
-nongshim hot & spicy bowl noodle soup: fav easily accessible bowl
-nongshim shin noodle bowl: this is better, hurts my mouth sometimes but gooood
-nongshim tonkotsu bowl: top tier, hard to find
-nongshim udon bowl: also top tier, delish broth and thick noodles
nongshim really knows how to make a noodle bowl!

classic… serve with choy sum and a poached egg (cracked straight into the broth that was made with maybe 3/4ths of the packet instead of the whole thing… let the whites stick to the noodles if they please)
this was a childhood staple, (my family refers to it in cantonese as the doll noodles bc of the doll??? mascot :p) probably the first instant ramen i remember eating and the first thing i learned to “cook”…
special mention to:
nongshim tempura udon (in the cup form) and nongshim seafood - the cup form (blue packaging) and the bag form w the extra thick noodles :p

Ever since I had this when I was 8, this has been my favourite instant noodle ever. The noodle texture is perfectly chewy and the soup is perfectly spiced n msg. Ive tried countless of instant ramen in my life time and trust me, nothing will ever beat this. Don't even bother w the sanyang version of this, it will never beat the og.
