i love anything that explores multiple realities/paths. An idea that occurred to me after almost getting hit by a car crossing the street: the protagonist is going about their day. We see them cross the street, continue their normal life. We then also see the audiences perspective as they get hit by a car or bicycle. The main character has no idea this happened to them and goes about their day. Are they in a coma? Did it really happen? Is this what death is? Is their soul separated from their body? I don't have any other details f fleshed out but I like the concept.

Set in a hypothetical future where humans are immortal, Jared Leto plays the last living mortal at 118 years old who on his deathbed, and with a fading memory, tells a journalist his life story which starts to fragment and explore the paths his life could have taken based on decisions he could have made. It explores the multiverse hypothesis and I was always struck by the concept, and the line ‘until you make a choice, everything is possible’.

Movie about virtual lives and relationships developed by VRChat players, filmed entirely inside of VRChat. Really fun watch. Weird cute & curious. Funny and also rather emotional at times. I really liked this movie but I’ll warn you it kind of made me want to get myself an oculus and abandon my physical existence altogether 🤷‍♀️

Whether it’s in the theater or in your bed, why do you have to wait until the sun goes down to watch a flick? Grab a cup of joe and get lost in a film in the morning!!

some of y'all might think i'm crazy. but it's taken me over 20 years to appreciate the simple pleasure of bread and butter. i used to silently scoff at my friends who were obsessed; i thought it was boring and plain. but now, especially if the bread is good, ESPECIALLY if the butter is good, i am filled with a glorious sense of satisfication but that crispy, buttery, salty creamy bite. now i just gotta learn how to make my own bread. and maybe my own butter!

I feel like I see more and more people indulging in this, but my life has changed for the better since I ~accidentally~ set do not disturb to turn on each day from 9-5 (I don’t even have a 9 to 5.) I kinda get sad when it turns off. I like being able to be on my phone without subconsciously waiting for a notification. It also helps when you’re waiting for a cute but frustrating boy to FUCKING TEXT YOU BACK:)
