i am part of a beta testing group for this digital detox app! it's called minimis and i signed up for early access months ago and they finally released it this week! i've tried a lot, but i really enjoy this one because it's not TOO locked down but it really simplifies things. now is the best time to join it bc it's cheap right now and will be free forever if you're part of the testing group!

i've tried countless intermittent fasting apps and this is the best one out there.
very minimal UI without the feature bloat that similar apps tend to have. a simple fasting timer is all you really need.
it also has nice widgets and live activity functionality, so you can easily view your fasting progress, right from your home/lock screen.

Not a new rec bc I downloaded it when ayo recommended it in the 'sletter this past summer, but this app has truly changed the way I use my phone. As a very phone-addicted person, it's one of the only things that has made a tangible dent in not only my screen time but also my approach to social media. It's a simple concept (literally just wait a sec before you open instagram or w/e) but this shit really works.

everything is sweet and fun with her! we can talk forever and about everything and hang out all day long! so of course i don't want to get out of the bed in the morning when she is there! she had a drip coffee and i had an iced latte and we just giggled. there is nothing better for real!!
