my favourite cheese. it’s tangy & sweet & looks like a wrinkly little brain. mostly firm but has amazing oozy bits just beneath the rind. soooo delicious wrapped in a sage leaf & drizzled in honey <3333 or with some fresh fig!!!!

Cabot Wickedly Habanero cheese

I found this cheese at the Gristedes near my apartment in NYC a few years ago, but am pretty sure you can find it anywhere. Fun spicy cheese that’s perfect for a good ol cracker.

Buying discounted fancy cheese

… when it’s fast approaching its “best before” date. this incredible award-winning vintage reserve aged British farmhouse cheddar– encased not in plastic, but in an elegant black wax – is probably easily $12+ full price. it’s delicious! has those divine little salt crystals that give the tiniest bit of crunch before melting in with the sharp tang… 🤤

As Perfectly Imperfect subscribers know, being into shit is cool. This was an early rec I made on the PI.FYI app, inspired by Facebook’s “like” feature formerly being called “become a fan” because I find the verbiage so sweet and so supportive. It’ll always be way cooler to be an embarrassing superfan than to have 0 interests.
