i like to organize my week on a sunday evening so i can start with the important things first. i know everything is important, but i try to do 1 or 2 easy/fast tasks in the beggining of the day so i can have that feeling of finishing something and than i'll focus on a bigger task that might take me a few hours/days.

When I lay out all of my work in order of importance, it helps me get through all the big scary tasks first. If that intimidates you, take a small easy task, knock that out, and use that motivation to get to the bigger things. Good luck on the rest of this year. A good mindset is everything.

Assigning yourself a single thing that needs to be done, or you’ve been wanting to do per day (big or small). Then letting yourself fuck off once you check the “complete“ box.

has anybody read it yet? i finished a couple of weeks ago and can't stop thinking about it. i never read a novel with this type of romance between two women. i can't call it love or a relationship, but it's something. i also love how they focus on therapy but without being the patient, more the listener, or somothing in between. big rumors about a big swiss miniseries and jodie comer being the character which makes total sense! :)
