Created by a guy who wrote on the sopranos. Great production design and the excellent everything from the 60s. People in rooms saying really smart shit to each other. Excellent theme song.

i'm only saying this because i've watched it so many times i don't need to pay attention anymore. it's a miracle how one show can do magnetic period drama, relentless cultural commentary, almost slapstick workplace comedy, and heartrending tragedy so seamlessly. perfect perfect television that exceeds even the insane hype it's earned

I need to share this list I made because it is such a blessing to me that I can just open youtube or vimeo and watch these lovely little movies. there’s a range of them like bergman, tarkovsky, polish films, art-house, weird matthew gray gubler short, experimental horror, short films from the 20’s. how fun.
