this makes it sound like i live in a huge house but really i just mean sitting on the stairs leading up to the front door, the balcony that no one uses, more time in my own room (honestly i don’t do that enough)
it brings new thoughts and hopefully provoke new hobbies

i don’t know if its just me but this brings so much joy to my inner child the same way as having ice cream for dinner
i live in a tiny one room apartment but trying out all stupid versions of the 4 pieces of furniture in the 4 different corners of the room feels like such a game and reminds me to not take life too seriously and makes me try living in my space in the least practical setup for a change

it basically means “i’m here already, i might as well be at peace with it”
started truly believing in it a few years ago when i first moved to nashville. there are a lot of things i don’t like about my life, down to daily tasks like having to wait for a bus despite being an impatient person, up to not being proud of my own family dynamic, but i'm learning to make peace with it—this is the one life i’m gonna have, and some things i just can’t change, whether that’s for now or for a long while
