i love motionless healing tools, i love relieving inflammation & pain instantly and i really love raising my energy levels while getting very relaxed at the same time (very short fuse)
i am sure the plastic alternatives work fine, but why bother?? we're worth it 💜

My friend Megan recommended I get an acupressure mat and my life has never been the same. I may not use it every day, but if I’m ever in a state of acute physical/mental/spiritual distress this thing always saves my life. It gets your blood and energy flowing to heal you of almost any ailment. It is my most recommended tool for healing to everyone I know and I think everyone should have one! I would get the neutral gray colored one, but I have the garish green one. Trust me it’s insanely powerful and will change your life. My other favorite tool that I use everyday literally is a small wooden massage tool from Tangerine. The wood smells heavenly and it’s perfect for massaging the scalp, neck, shoulders, and face. This is never not in my purse!

A lifesaver for period back pain and chronic pain in general. When ive been in so much pain painkillers don’t work, Ive managed to fall asleep on this spiky bad boy. it’s great for anxiety too.

you are never too young to start wearing orthotics. i tried my first pair of vionics this year - and all of a sudden my knees and hips felt aligned, and relieved? my posture immediately improved?? i am more relaxed???
i didn't even know i was so unbalanced (physically)!!! unbelievable!!! i am addicted to comfort 😤 😳
and honestly i feel its cruel to wear unsupportive footwear (unless you're on a date or photoshoot i guess). tell everybody you know.
