room available from 11/5/24 - 1/20/25. nice roommates, in unit washer/dryer and central AC, big lawn space w/ fountain, plenty of natural light (look at all those windows!!), plenty of storage space (basement is MASSIVE), in a good and historic neighborhood, walkable to plenty of DC attractions, and protective snipers come with the building. lmk if interested!
