You throw in a frozen banana, half an avocado, and some Greek yogurt - makes it super creamy and filling. There's a cup of greens in there too, like spinach or kale, but you can't even taste them. The matcha gives you that nice energy boost, and with all the other stuff, it's practically a meal in itself. You just blend it all up with some milk and a dash of vanilla. It's pretty customizable too. You could swap out the milk or yogurt if you're dairy-free, or adjust the matcha if you want more or less caffeine.
