I like the contrast of the cold cheese with the hot toast. Plus it is super easy. I think it is more of like a comfort food bc i made it growing up and tbh it’s not that good but i still eat it
Always will be an elite and easy combo and satisfying comfort food choice for a cold evening. If you really wanna step it up use a good bread from a bakery and add some caramelized onions to the sammy.
