I doubled this tortilla soup recipe and when it came time to add the broth and simmer everything I added the base, 2 raw chicken breasts, 2 tbsp of chicken better than bouillon and 8 cups of water to the instant pot. I took some of the broth out to get to the max for instant pot and pressured cooked it for 15 minutes. I shredded up the braised chicken and added thawed frozen corn and simmered for a couple of minutes while I made tortilla strips in the air fryer. I thought it tasted pretty good, definitely gonna make it again.
