trader joe’s chunky or smooth 100% peanut butter
its more on the liquidy side which means it freezes very well
tastes good drizzled + frozen on top of dates (halved), rice crackers (quaker brand), bananas, apples with cinnamon, etc etc
Apple slices, for crunch and hydration.

Freshly cooked bacon, for nourishing fat.
Additionally, try fresh ground peanut butter from your local natural/hippie grocery store. It's 100% peanuts. What's not to love.
before that one of my fave movies everrr was called HER and then i watched being john malkovich and now that is my fave and i found it they're by the same director i guess i have a type haha
if you're spiritual you'll love this movie but even if you arent it's amazinggg i recommend it to everyone! don't judge a book by its cover and even when you first start it you might think you know what it's about but you wont and it just gets better and better be patient <3
