i have quite a few but the two that came to me off the top of my head are coraline and being john malkovich lol i just love both those movies so much and they always help me feel at least somewhat better when i'm feeling down and i'd say people may consider them a bit weird :)

i have a lot of favorite movies but some arenβt like, the mostβ¦ comforting? like for example, mysterious skin is one of my fav movies ever but for the sake of my mental health, it is not something i choose to watch often. the same goes for call me by your name, beautiful boy, bones and all, i believe in unicorns, fight club, etc. but my actual comfort movies areeeβ¦π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯ juno, nowhere, moonrise kingdom, water lillies, and somehow the saw franchise. iβm not gonna go into too much detail cus im lazy but yeah if u like any of the movies i mentioned i bet ur super coolπ

1) little miss sunshine - a little sad but makes you feel good and laugh
2)being John Malkovich - perfect amount of weird
3)Argo - like almost a thriller but historical

before that one of my fave movies everrr was called HER and then i watched being john malkovich and now that is my fave and i found it they're by the same director i guess i have a type haha
if you're spiritual you'll love this movie but even if you arent it's amazinggg i recommend it to everyone! don't judge a book by its cover and even when you first start it you might think you know what it's about but you wont and it just gets better and better be patient <3
