here's what was in my salad today: dino kale, brussels sprouts, green bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomato, parsley, dill, sun dried tomatoes, chickpeas, great northern beans, goat cheese, sunflower seeds, golden raisins
Ok Gonna get ~realโจ~ during depressive bouts this snack is imperative to me and in times of extreme desperation it is lunch. healthy and tasty and requires zero effort after bringing yourself to go buy it. My fav is with red pepper hummus
this is what you could put in it: kale, scallions, roasted fennel, fennel tops, roasted sweet potato, roasted chickpeas, roasted brussels sprouts, honeycrisp apple, goat cheese, fried halloumi, & sunflower seeds!
