throw tortilla in cast iron pan sprinkle cheese squeeze water out of kimchi chop it up sprinkle on cheese add more cheese add tortilla lid on pan so it all gets warm flip when toasty let other side get toasty take out put on plate pizza cutter cut & then u eat it
easiest i know is kimchi fried rice w some day old rice, ketchup, kimchi and kimchi juice, and an egg all fried in sesame oil 😋 maybe a little green onion too
but you can have it on the side of most light lunches as a quick probiotic snack
get one of those plastic lawn chairs & put it in a stream or river & sit in it where the water goes at least belly button height but preferably up to ur neck. & sit there & let the water run over u. let the fish investigate & nibble. crack a few cold ones if possible. do it with friends. Live
