Hey! Gallery and art book store : try Halle Saint-Pierre (you can stop by the marchรฉ saint-pierre next to it, it's a fabric shop that hasn't changed since the 70s and it's fun to see!) For vintage stores, try Chinemachine, Le Poulpe ressourcerie, and les puces de Saint-Ouen if you're there on a sunday! Nice boutique : Espace Japonais Manekineko de Montmartre, but you have to call the owner and make an apt before coming! Also Philippe le libraire, nice comic shop. hope you have a great time :-)

Tons of thrifting around here. Pro tip: get the best falafel in town (Lโ€™as du fallafel) and hit the shop next door. Also some decent ones on/off of Rue de la Roquette near Bastille.

There are so many vintage stores in amsterdam. Just walk around and you will find plenty on your own. the IJ hallen is a cool vintage market to check out if itโ€™s happening while you are in town. Other iconic markets for vintage are on the Waterlooplein and the monday market on the Noordermarkt. Around Waterlooplein you will also find lots of vintage stores. You will also find a lot of vintage stores on the Haarlemmerdijk and around the Albert Cuypstraat.

there's something so special about eating alone at a restaurant with fluorescent lights in the middle of the night, it's like a liminal space to me
