basic but so scrumptious!! it’s so warm and gooey, it just scratches a spot in my memory in heart that heals me mentally as well :)! i don’t think anything beats the classic cheese and tomato combo in any food..!

my best grilled cheese

sourdough loaf cut into thick slices, whatever cheese you like, balsamic glaze, and caramelized onions. cooked in a lot of butter and paired with tomato soup obviously !!
