Take you favourite old bread. Toast it until it’s burnt to a crisp. Make yourself a cup of tea while you wait for your bread to be toasted. Rub garlic on the toast. Take tomato’s and add on top. Drizzle a dot of bitter olive oil over the toast. Add a shit ton of pepper and a lil bit of salt. Enjoy. ❤️

Eating juicy fruits over the sink

winter - sweet oranges, persimmon etc summer - big heirloom tomato and sprinkle of salt, watermelon, stone fruit no need to worry about the mess bc u just wash it right away! someone or maybe the internet recommended eating a cold orange or other citrus in a hot shower and I can confirm that is also a great sensory experience
