Graduating with a b.a. in english

bc it’s what I originally wanted when I first went to college at 17 but I was scared to make writing my job and got a B.S. in Nutrition instead lol Now the goal is an eventual PhD in Victorian Literature but I’m just happy to have made it through this part at 32! Wearing “nicest” clothes to cope with challenging day ahead

• Grandma’s in the hospital and I’m emotional about it even though she’s recovering well • Going to drive a few hours and walk my obsessive compulsive germaphobic ass into the hospital to visit her and try to be Normal™ about it • Going to see several other extended family members there who are extremely happy about the election results and…idk how to deal with that yet tbh • Also due to start my period tomorrow lmfao • so at least I will LOOK NICE • (nobody tell me if this tactic doesn’t actually work, i want to believe 🛸)
