I’m sure there are designer versions of this but purely design wise I think this is an ideal lamp.
My grievances with lamp design are the shades so this fixes the problem with it’s colorful glass orb.
I think vintage lamps did it best.

I love lamps that softly diffuse light — can’t go wrong with lanterns (link here, here and here for inspo), plus they have endless DIY potential. I made this one with a stack of shades + a base from another broken lamp.

Specifically one from like the 70s that's in every grandmas house that has the white/smokers beige lampshade with the soft faux silk tassels on it and the bulb bearly put out enough light to be considered useful.

i suffer from boredom and on the rare day I find myself having no plans, I will find a way to “fill it”.
Making your way to a local/ organic grocery store that sells unique products is so fun. A sweet treat, a weird drink. You can browse for as long as you want and buy nothing or leave with your prized find.
Keep the party going and take your snack to a public green space (if your town has such thing). Lounge and enjoy.
