definitely makes me feel like I‘ve kind of hit a rock bottom. But also it gives me an urgent reason to do laundry that I’ve been putting off. I feel like everything in my life is wrong or broken and it’s hard to know where to start doing repairs and reconstruction. Where do you guys start, what aspect of life. Today I think it’ll be doing laundry.

here are some things you can do that might help -clean ur space -journal (brain dump) -meditate -move ur body -take an everything hot shower -change into comfy clothes -eat a warm, comforting, nutritious meal when i notice i'm in a rut i like to do these things to feel better and then slowly start getting into my routine again

Anxious? Clean space clean mind. Depressed? Do your laundry or wash your linens. Lack of self confidence? Go a bit further on your skin care treatment. If you’re really glued to the seat, read a book. It’s good escapism and if you can’t do that then it’s probably time to look inward.

When I stopped thinking about "fixing my life" and "getting disciplined" and started focusing on how nice I would feel in my clean room, how calm I would feel if I maintained my calendar, and how good I would feel eating 3 healthy meals, it became much easier. It feels like you are indulging in the good stuff rather than punishing yourself with it.
