so many good albums in this thread! I’m throwing this little ditty into the hat. These guys had skills to share with the neo pop world- the emo transition from Good Times Roll to Just What I Needed is genius. So good. I’m smiling, just thinking about it, envious of the hold Rick and Benji had over their audience.
I basically want my life to feel like one of those sped up kinda shaky sexy 90s montages of a highway with streaks of headlights, the flow of the city at night, people driving in a tunnel... this song and its album give me that, every time.
eating something that you have tended to from sprout to bloom to fruit is so fulfilling. on my second story balcony i am growing pole beans, basil, and peppers.
