this novel is relatively short, and i’ve been positively obsessed with it since i read it a year or so ago. strange, eerie, psychological, and deeply emotional.
It’s brilliant!
An inter generational tale set in Sicily about tormented women, class, wealth, obsession first published in 1948.
(I just finished Three Summers which was a great entree).
