Fancy café? Espresso.
Fancy cute café? Affogato or Vienna.
Casual café? Lattes in the morning, americanos in the evening.
At home? From a friend's mokapot preferably so I'm not making it, black, two sugars.
Hotels? Black, two sugars unless they can make a decent espresso.
Buffets? Black, pour in a bunch of the delicious cheap creamers, lots of sugar, etc., their coffee isn't always fantastic.
