Pan’s Labyrinth really solidified my love for movies. I will say for a such a dark/grotesque movie, watching as a kid it felt more mystical than scary.
Just one of my favorite movies ever. Might have some controversial stuff in it… but it just has too many good memories linked to it, it was one of my mom’s fave movies as well and watching it always takes me back and makes me feel closer to her :)
