Truman Capote is an eccentric millionaire who invites the world’s greatest detectives to his house to solve a mysterious murder. It’s a parody of old detectives like Sam Spade, the Thin Man, Mrs Marple and, unfortunately, Peter Sellers as a Charlie Chan character.
You don’t have to be familiar with the original movies for it to be funny, but it will help if you watch with a fun friend.
