Christmas ham before christmas

bought myself a small christmas ham because they were selling it at the grocery stores already and i thought i'd buy one because why not? prepared a few slices of it for dinner and i'm happy, plus i'd secured my ham for christmas so that's one off the list (i will be celebrating by myself so i wanna cross out my christmas to-do list as much as possible because i wanna chill when the holiday comes)

wind-up reindeer and santas

Quality christmas cracker fillers. They're almost a historical artifact too since the first generation (of two) is well over 10 years old! I especially recommend putting them into mini races and also appreciating the defunct ones which are unable to walk so do a sort of dance!!

being strange and unique

i’m needing to remind myself that being odd and dressing uniquely is not a bad thing. going back to university and not knowing anyone in my classes while also showing up in a full tweed suit or a tetris cardigan or a long brocade jacket is okay. don’t let the uniqueness leave you just because people give you strange looks. be more like the girl that dresses in head to toe lolita coords every day. or the guy that came to class dressed as soulja boy for no particular reason. get weird with it!!
